We’re a well-known and very reputable Canadian supplier of bicycle products. We’ve been in business for almost 40 years and distribute many of the best-known brands in the bike business. We recently resigned as Intense Bike’s Canadian distributor and we have a substantial inventory of brand new bikes left to sell.

Terms of sale: (to customers in the USA)
Our prices are for delivery to your door (in the lower 48 U.S. states) and include all duties, freight, etc. You will receive no additional invoices and will pay no additional charges. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii, additional freight charges will apply. We’ll advise you of these with your order confirmation. A U.S. shipping address must be provided with your order.

Terms of sale: (to customers in CANADA)
The advertised price includes freight, but does not include your applicable sales tax which varies by province. The sales tax will be added to your invoice. If you’re in NWT, The Yukon, or Nunavut additional freight charges will apply. We’ll advise you of these with your order confirmation. A Canadian shipping address must be provided with your order.

When you email your order to us we will send you an order confirmation within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.

Once your order is confirmed, your bike will be built complete and tuned before being down built back into the box. This extra step we have taken will help to reduce the effort needed for you to build the bike once delivered to you. The tools required by you to finish the build will be limited to around 20 minutes with a multi tool. Should you require more than just a multi tool, we would recommend that you contact your local bike shop for assistance.

Payment is by credit card (only Visa or Mastercard are accepted) in the currency of your country. When you place the order we will call you for your CC#, Address, and SSN number (SSN is required for U.S. customers to ship orders over $2500 across the border direct to consumers, but we do not keep any of this info on file). We will then build your bike and ship it within 96 hours by UPS ground, fully insured.

Once we ship the bike, we’ll send you a UPS tracking number.

Because we will build a bike specifically for your order, no cancellations are permitted once we have sent you an order confirmation by email. Any claims for damage to the bike in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the bike. Again, bikes will be shipped fully insured so you are fully protected against loss or damage in transit.

As you will see below we have advertised the quantities of sizes and colours available, in the event that we’ve sold out of the bike you ordered, we may offer suggested substitute bikes. However, we will not charge anything to your credit card unless and until you confirm by email that you want to order the substitute bike and we have sent you an email order confirmation.

For Canadian addresses the price is $4399.00 CAD. (PLUS TAX)
