Bought from a rep in 2013 and used a total of 5 times since. Great pack, I just have multiple hydration packs and don't often ride trails where I need the additional protection of the built in spine protector. Handy pocket for keys/glasses/tools at the top and straps to hold helmet/pads on the outside. Internal sleeve fits a 3L hydration bladder (but not included in sale).
A few cosmetic marks on the outside, which can be seen in the picture. These were there when I purchased the pack but don't impact the functionality.
