It really is as good as they say. Plush and supporting and light for a 180mm fork. I rode a 2016 Fox RC2 170mm all season last year and would easily recommend they Lyrik over the 36.
This fork is perfect for someone who is serious about descending. 180mm is heaven. But since its not heaven to climb on, you can just flip the switch and put the fork in 150mm mode for climbing. It's awesome!
