These were built by wheelbuilder.com. Excellent wheels, great shape. No obvious issues other than the normal wear and tear. They are NOT the HV model, even though the decals indicate that. I swapped out the decals :) Includes Conti MK 2.4's if you want em. Paid 3400 new, cuz of the upgraded hubs.
