2016 Marzocchi 380 C2R2

Up for sale are my Zoccy 380s.

Recently had fresh oil in the damper and lowers, everything running great. All adjustments working as they should.

You will read on various websites and forums about these forks not performing very well, the truth is that most are pretty shit out the box; low on oil, sticky and limited travel.

I have spent a lot of time on these forks getting them to work properly because they were pretty average when I first had them:

- Cutting down the stupid foam bottom out shaft so that the fork actually uses all its travel but ramps up nicely toward the last 30mm of travel. (I have only once bottomed these forks)
- Slightly more oil added to the DBC damper because the suggested amount is too low.
- New top out spring to reduce the clunk at full extent (better then it was but still tops out slightly, more high speed rebound helps with this though)

All in all a nice set of dh forks.

Extra firm spring fitted but will come with firm spring too (firm is more like a medium spring on other forks hence why I was running x-firm)
All pinch bolts, cable guide and bumpers are present although not in photos as I left them at work but fear not they are there.

Steerer tube cut to 155mm.

They're in brilliant nick, one mark pictured but that's pretty much it, no marks on stantions.
