Brand new Giant P-TR1 26in front wheel with DT Swiss internals and spokes.
The Giant Wheel System Service Manual states the hubs are DT Swiss 350s (http://www.sykkel.com/teknisk/GIANT%20WheelSystem%20Service%20Info_V01.pdf).
Wheel takes a 15x100 axle but can be converted to QR with the purchase of some different hub end caps, as they just pull out. Wheel is already lined with rim tape and comes with a tubeless kit if you wish to run them tubeless.
Internal rim width looks to be around 22mm with the external width around 26mm.
Prefer local pickup in either North Van or Abbotsford, but will be happy to ship at buyers expense.
