2014 Kona Explosif ST

A long-time Kona Cromoly classic hardtail returns newly cloaked. Armed with the same will to excel in trail riding of all types, the new Explosif frame is built around the 27.5-inch wheel size, incorporating the obstacle rollover ability of bigger wheels, without sacrificing reaction and agility. Forged from light, responsive and supple Reynolds 520 Butted tubing, the bike’s geometry and build are tailored towards more aggressive, hardcore singletrack: a Recon Gold 120mm fork, sliding 12x142 dropouts that can be converted to singlespeed. Currently setup 1x11, black oval 32 chain ring.
