Women's Northwave shoes with Shimano SPD cleats, size 7. Fit is snug and they should be good for anywhere from a 6 to a 7. Shoes are well worn, cleats are in good shape. Will trade either or both together for a six-pack of beer. Clipless pedals and my knees don't get along, I'd rather these went to someone who will use them.
