2012 Yeti Big Top singlespeed or geared Need gone

Sadly letting go of my custom yeti big top. Just too many toys and not using it enough to carry it around. Been a very fun bike that can handle a variety of riding. Set up singlespeed SS but will include a 9 speed XT set up. Easton haven stem, spank subrosa 760 bars. Have a set back seatpost and skinner carbon bars if you want a more traditional set up. Spank bars give lots of leverage for the singlespeed. WTB trail rims and volt seat. XO brakes Tons of fun to ride. Zippy but the carbon rear triangle smooths out the ride. More than a XC whippet this bike is built to be ridden anywhere.

The bad: Just noticed while cleaning it up that there is a crack in the rear rim. Not sure how long it has been there so I've probably been riding on it for some time. They are dual wall rims, only the outer wall is cracked as it is still holding air in the tubeless setup. Dropped the price accordingly. new rim should be had for about $80-100 The reach adjust isn't working on the front brake lever (so its just at its farthest reach). I have some parts for it I think would fix it but I haven't bothered. Front tire is showing some cornering wear but I have a spare tire (same kind) I am including, its not new but is in decent condition. Other than that the paint is in slightly rough shape from rocks and locking it up. Just chips to the clearcoat only.
