These are entry level brakes that are certainly an improvement over mechanical disk brakes. They do what they're supposed to - stop your bike. They have features such as reach adjustment and for the price cannot be beat. I used them for a year and just swapped them out. They come with rotors, spare pads and mounting hardware.
