Used but not abused very walkable spd compatible mtn shoe. Soft rubber sole makes walking easy and flexible base makes thes shoes feel pretty normal off the bike. I found them a bit soft for long hours in the saddle but great for commuting or shorter rides. Size 43 or US 10. Lace up and Velcro ankle strap.
