2003 Manitou Sherman Breakout. Has 6" of travel and a 1.5" headtube (not 1 1/8".....) It also comes with: Raceface Diabolus stem, axle, brake adapter, and a 1.5" CaneCreek DoubleX headset.
The fork came off of a '03 Gemini 900 bought new in '04 with one season of riding on it. The fork is in mint condition with no scratches on the stanchions or missing parts.
