I've got a 2012 Banshee Spitfire in good condition up for sale. This would be a great bike for someone learning to mountain bike, or somebody looking to upgrade from a hardtail. I bought the frame new in 2013, as a closeout deal from the year previous, and built it up with custom parts over the course of that year. It's been my trusty steed, and has safely transported me down trails I had no business being on. It's an excellent climber, and an absolute blast on the downhill. Banshee was ahead of their time with this bike, before "Enduro" really took off, they set out to build a cross country bike that their downhill riders would be stoked to ride and train on, and at that they had remarkable success. This link from Pinkbike does a better job than I at explaining exactly what the Spitfire is;https://www.pinkbike.com/product/banshee/Spitfire/

I had both shocks rebuilt a couple months ago, and have not ridden much since then (I have receipts for em). The bearings are good for now, but in my experience you should replace them every year or two, depending on how much you ride. A pivot kit can be ordered from fanatik for $60, and it's something an amateur mechanic should be able to do at home. Front tire is only about half a season old, rear tire is a Schwalbe Hans Dampf, brand new!. Couple scratches and scuffs on the frame, but nothing structural.

Parts include;
Deity black label bars
Avid Elixir XO brakes
Rock Shox Lyrik (Recently rebuilt)
Mavic Crossline front wheel (Hub recently rebuilt)
Sunringle Equalizer rear wheel
Fox RP23 rear shock with 3 stage propedal
RaceFace Atlas cranks, with narrow wide chainring
Sram X7 derailleur (Brand new!), with X0 shifter

Shoot me an email and I'll give you my number and we can talk! Would be ok with going for a test ride at Galby, or maybe shuttling a lap in the Chuckanuts. Thanks for looking!

P.S. I'm willing to talk about shipping, but would rather do a deal locally.
