Hello!

I could be wrong on the year, it's been a while since I purchased this. Here is my 53cm Cube Peloton Race 2014 road bike. The frame is Aluminium Alloy and the fork is Carbon.

It came with Easton wheels and 105 drivetrain and Shimano labelled brakes. Since purchase I have upgraded it to a Shimano Ultegra 11 speed groupset, and have set it up on Superstar Hubs laced into Stans ZTR Alpha 340 rims, which are much lighter than the original Easton wheels. The quick releases are a mix of hollow Chromo axles and carbon levers. The wheelset has been paired up with 25c Schwalbe One tyres, rather than the standard 23c Schwalbe Durano tyres, these are ran with rubes, not tubeless. I have also changed the saddle from the Selle Italia X1 saddle that came on it, to a Charge Spoon which I found more comfortable on my mountain bike that I owned for 6 years prior to purchasing this bike, so I purchased a new one to fit to this bike. The brakes do not have the standard Ultegra pads, I have fitted the Clarks shoes with replaceable triple compound Clarks pads, and I'll include the spare set of inserts, front and rear.

The drivetrain and brake pads are basically brand new and have only been ridden for well under 150 miles. The wheels were serviced about 200 miles ago and the bike only gets ridden in fair weather, if it's raining, the CX or mountain bike gets ridden. The wheels have only done about 400 miles total and the tyres are as old as the wheels. The bar tape has just been replaced and has never seen the outdoors and has Fizik gel inserts under the drop bars and along the top of the flats and hoods. The bar tape is Boardman gel tape, I wanted something bright that matched the bike and couldn't find it elsewhere, but it's comfortable. I will include the Bontrager RL bottle cages and Cateye rear light if you want them, let me know if not and I'll remove them, I will be removing the Cateye Cycle computer out front mount as It's my only mount.

All the cables on the bike are brand new and have done maybe 50 miles riding since it's service. However I must admit, the guy who set it up did a mediocre job and it could do with a drivetrain set up to tweak it to be smoother. It's currently stored in a garage waiting to be sold.

Message me any questions and offers, I can ship it, but you'll have to wait a few days longer if so, I'll be relying on my parents to box and ship as I work away from home and it's been left with them. I will obviously be charging extra for the shipping cost, but I will get packaging for the frame and components to keep it safe in the box. Keep the offers fair, I paid £1150 for the bike and I've fitted a £400 wheelset, and £450 groupset since purchase along with the small upgrades like tape and saddle. It has been looked after and thoroughly enjoyed, however road cycling is not for me anymore, and I'm moving on to focus on Cyclocross and Mountain biking as they complement each other better.
