RETURN POLICY:

All Items have a 14 day return policy after the buyer receives the item,
Returns are only accepted in an UN-used, UN-opened, and UN-installed package state;
If you received the wrong product we will re-imburse you the full amount (both shipping charges included);
If you are not satisfied with your product due to personal choice, you are responsible to pay for the return shipping back to us. You will be refunded the amount paid for the product alone (shipping charges are not refunded) upon receiving the product back to BDH BIKES;
Although the item is "Free Shipping" when purchased, there is still an amount paid by us to the shipping provider (FedEx).
If you are returning the item due to personal choice, you will be refunded for the price of the item minus the cost of shipping and import fees for the product shipped to you originally
If you received a damaged product we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please contact us and report any damaged packages to the shipping company;
Warranty claim (past 14 day return policy) shipping charges for the item are paid by the buyer
