2019 ANOTHER PRICE DROP Trek Checkpoint SL custom

This is a custom build from a Trek Checkpoint SL5. Perfect gravel bike with its slack geometry and the ability to fit up to 45mm tires. Tons of bolt ons for this, fenders, racks, bags, you name it. Stronghold dropouts allow you to adjust wheelbase length and even run single speed if you so desired. After only a couple rides, it was realized that the frame was too small. Another bike was bought and all new components were put onto the Checkpoint. The Gravel color of this Checkpoint is phenomenal. One of the best colours I have seen.
Components include Sram Apex HRD 1x11 drivetrain, 11/42 cassette, 40t chainring, hydraulic flat mount brakes, KMC chain, Giant PX2 disc wheelset, front and back thru axles with upgraded rear stealth thru axle. Wheels are tubeless compatible and so are the 40mm Maxxis Rambler tires. Retail on the Checkpoint SL5 is $4125 after taxes. Save yourself a bunch with this new bike.
