This post came on a used bike that I bought and started to drop/ return rather slowly over the past few months and then when the cold weather came, the post froze up. I believe it needs a rebuild now and since it is not in working condition, I will give it away for free. Not sure exactly on the year since the bike was used but I am guessing either 2016 or 2017.
