These are probably the most well designed, simple and lightweight, alloy, fat bike rims available. The V-shaped channels near each side of the rim allow the tire bead to set inside, just right, which is especially helpful for tubeless setup during initial inflation. There are no hole cut outs in the rim, and no rim strips or tape are required for tubeless. This saves about 100 grams per wheel. Just mount the tires, and add some sealant.

NOTE - These are light alloy rims, and are susceptible to damage, but with proper attention to tire inflation, for the given conditions, they are very strong and durable. Air up when riding rocks.
