Comes with both front and rear inserts. Do you want to save those expensive rims then here is the option to do that. Used it for five rides before breaking collar bone and could potentially blame that on the confidence CUSH CORE gave me. It's pretty sweet and was voted as the most innovative product of the year by Vital MTB. Bought it new for $150 and this is a product that will take abuse for a long time. No lo-balls please or I'll just keep it.
