a literally brand new wheelset that retails for 400CAD before shipping+two new surly cogs (17 and 18 tooth) and lockrings+two new panaracer catalyst tires that have barely touched the ground. hub is track/track threaded but will take a ss freewheel and the rims can take brakes.
