I was hanging to get into trials after watching his vids, but never actually did!

I only tested (literally) the new brakes and that was it lol. I'm too old for trials riding.

Unfortunately for me, I found this fact out AFTER importing the bike and all brand new, top-end parts from the UK and the US and installing them all and getting all the work done.... That wasted a LOT of my time and money. My loss can be your gain!

I upgraded the hubs to Hope Pro II (front and rear) and had the strongest, highest quality spokes professionally laced to the U.S.A made Rhyno Lite welded & machined Sun rims (SUPER tough and super light weight!).

I bought brand new Hope (EVERYTHING):


Specs:

Headset: Hope Headset

Hubs: Hope Pro II Trials hubs. Brand new (front and rear) plus brand new top-end spoke set, professionally laced

Front Hope Pro II quick release setup. Can easily be swapped back to solid bolt if needed

Handle Bars: BlkMrkt Bada Boom Bars, with Hope handlebar inserts

Grips: Foam handle bar grips

Front Brakes: BikeHut hydraulic disc brake and lever

Rear Brakes: Brand new Magura ECHO HS33 brakes plus blue brake pads with adjustable lever. Can convert to disc with the Hope Pro II rear hub also.

Stem: Thomson Stem for trials. Brand new (highest strength stem you can possibly buy)

Spacers for stem: Carbon fiber

Forks: Inspired

Rims: Sun Rims Rhyno Lite 24" rims (Made in U.S.A.) Basicall new. No brake wear -at all- on them. Even the pads are new)

Cranks: Middleburn Pro Trials crankset and (lightweight). Bought these used, but in exc condition.

Pedals: Wellgo Magnesium Platform

Tyres: Moto Digger tyres

Chain: KMC (new)

Gear: Trialtech 15T sproket

The only thing this bike needs to be rideable, is a new set of Hope Pro II pawls. They're 2.50GBP plus post from Tarty Bikes.
The reason?.... I bought my XC mtb prior to buying/importing this bike.

I was so happy with my full suspension XC mtb that I ordered these hubs for the Inspired Fourplay too.

After time, I needed to get my XC bike back on the road asap after some of the pawl springs broke. The Inspired was just sitting in storage, so I took the same pawls out of the Inspired's red Hope Pro II hubs and put them in my XC mtb hubs. I forgot to order a replacement set- and the bikes been back in storage ever since.
