F/R rotors (Shimano Ice tech)

One-up alloy pedals (2 rides)

All new bearings pressed in with one ride (and free bearings for life).

Max engagement DT Swiss hub pawls (only comes on DT 240s, not the 440 or any other model). This was not cheap, but if pedal kicks are your thing, you'll be stoked.

Everything else is freshened up. Including the 36 Fox factory rebuild, and it complete overhaul of the RS vivid air shock.

Tires are ~80-90% (dhf F and dhr2 rear). Both are wide trail and 2.5 F and 2.4 R.

This bike is arguably better than the new one. It is the quintessential do it all bike! I've done 50 mile alpine XC rides on it. Bummed to let it go......
