Bought this system about 2 years ago for my summer commutes. Had it on my road bike. It's seen minimal use and is in a conservative 8.5/10 condition. It's clean, has no stains and is ready to use. Carried only some clothing and Tupperware.
I sold my road bike and my regular commuter already has a dedicated frame mounted rack and bag.
