I have a pair of never used Guide RSC brakes. These were originally a 2015 set that were never mounted on a bike. I had the levers replaced under warranty (3/29/2019) so they are brand new 2018/2019 levers. The calipers were serviced and the whole system was bench bleed and are ready to go. The brakes come with two bar mounts and two matchmaker mounts.
