2017 Looking for Fox or Rockshox Fork

Looking to upgrade my existing MTB fork.

I am looking for a newer MTB fork with the following specs below:
* Tapered steerer with at least 7.75" length
* 26" or 27.5" fork
* max travel of 130mm is preferred but can work with 140mm depending on price and condition
* preferred 9mm quick release but can work on 15x100mm depending on price and condition
* preferred if the fork has been serviced already

If you have a black front wheel to go with the 15x100mm fork, just advise additional cost of the front wheel.

If you have one but cost more than $250, just send me an email so I can check it out.
I can adjust my max budget depending on price and condition.
