The bike has just received new frame and crank bearings, ridden around 200 metres in the car park on them apart from one pair of frame bearings which were replaced late 2018 which were still in perfect condition.

I bought this bike a year ago and it appeared to be in as new condition. I have since upgraded most of the parts and thought long and hard about how to spec it. I think it must be one of the best specced Capra’s on the market (bear in mind they kept the same geometry until the 2018 version).

The red Hope groupset looks stunning.

The only reason I’m selling is because I have an itch I need to scratch in the form of a Commencal Clash. If I could afford to keep this I would as I’ve poured so much money and effort into this bike. However it is priced to sell.

I can include the DMR Vault flat pedals if you’d like, however the axles aren’t great and the pedals will need replacing.

The saddle is as pictured, however this would also need replacing eventually as the rails aren’t in great condition. I took the original saddle for my new bike.

The frame had a slight repair in the seat stay where the mech hanger damaged the carbon slightly. I showed this to my local (award winning) bike mechanic who said it won’t affect the operation of the bike at all. Nevertheless I took the seat stay to a local carbon expert (a professor in carbon) who repaired it.

The main pivot shaft in the frame was also replaced, I had new more robust bushes made by an engineering shop. please see the photos for a comparison of the old and new bushes.
