Lightweight Carbon Classic Singlespeed

Selling my lightweight carbon classic. This is a Vitus Carbone 3 frame from the mid-eighties. Vitus pioneered carbon racing, and Vitus has produced more World Champion bikes than any other marque. These bikes were strong enough for hard sprints, and light enough for hill climbs. This particular frame is 56cm by 56cm c-c, and the total weight of this bike is a little over 16.5 lbs. The main triangle is carbon/kevlar, with a carbon fork and aluminum rear triangle.

This frame is built up as a singlespeed with period-correct components. Components include:

Shimano 600 ( tricolor ) brake levers and calipers
Shimano 600 ( tri-color ) crankset with a Shimano Dura Ace 45t chainring
Shimano 600 BB
Shimano 105 hubs laced to Wolber Racelight rims.
Sakae fluted quill seatpost
Tecnologia del Tubo Torino (or 3t, 3ttt, ttt, whatever you want to call it) aerospace aluminum stem
Elite Ciussi Inox Stainless Steel bottle cage
EVO flat pedals with half-clips
Michelin race tires

I will include 600 hubs, if you want to do a full tri-colour build.

If you want the lightest and coolest classic singlespeed out there, then here it is. Or you could add shifters and derailleurs and have a classic race bike that shames some of today's racers.
