BRAND NEW rear triangle, the original was damaged by an airline when I flew up to Whistler and therefore replaced.

I built this bike to be the fastest possible park/pedalable DH bike I could imagine and it more than exceeds expectations. The mullet bike configuration was tested in several versions before I landed on the 29" Lyrik RC2 which has the same axle to crown as the factory DVO Onyx when both are set to 160mm to maintain a useable albeit slack headangle of 64°. Wheels are on the basic side for cheap durability but robust enough for heavy riding be it on manicured jump trails or steep, raw fall-line descents. Zee drivetrain with XT shifter and cassette are what I have been using for light weight and durability, but I have the unused NX Eagle drivetrain boxed up for whoever wants it. Bike is pictured without a dropper, but is routed for one and I could throw in a 125mm or 150mm Giant dropper if you want (150mm won't quite get full insertion). Unfortunately, much of the steep, burly riding around me will be closed for some time because of a fire which means I can't use the bike to it's full potential. Bummed to be selling, this is quite easily the fastest bike I've ever ridden, I'd never hesitate to recommend to anyone who likes big, fast terrain but doesn't wanna lug a full DH rig. If you have any questions, fire away. Make an offer, looking for $2400 but am open to your suggestions. Buyer pays shipping.

Cheers
