Here is a nice 2018 Fox 40 I bought brand new last March. It was ridden 3 months, so it has barely been broken in. Everything is perfect on the fork except a scratch on the stanchion of the left tube. The bike was sadly leaned over on a rock and took of the coating, the scratch is very shallow, running a finger nail across it you can hardly feel it. The seals on that side do not leak oil as well so the scratch did not damage the fork internals. For $150 you could replace the tube but it is completely rideable as is and feels amazing!
