I ordered the wrong dropper post off of Canada Cycles, which I do not recommend, because I was out of town for over a month and their return policy is only good for 45 days then they tell you to go get lost, terrible customer service, policies as they're only in place so they can keep your money. On this note, buy off of Chain Reaction Cycles instead (1 year return policy, better customer service and prices)

Anyhow, the dropper post is brand new, never been pulled out of the box
