2018 Parlee Altum Small Campagnolo Record, Super Record

I am selling my Parlee Altum road bike with Record and Super Record. $3000 for local to me (Bay Area), add $80 for shipping to lower 48 states.

My understanding is Parlee is going to stop making a rim brake version of Altum.
Since I am a fair-weather cyclist now, rim brakes cost less to maintain and I like the looks better.
Pedals NOT included.

Saddle: Specialized Phenom Expert (143mm) (Pictures show a Power Saddle but the Phenom is part of the sale)

This bike has been well cared for by a trained mechanic, and it was never dropped or abused in any way (I weight less than 155lb).
It is very light and an amazing climbing machine.

A new project requires me to sell this lovely bike.
