I'm selling my lovely specialized pitch, I've had this bike since 2012 (stored in a garage for 3 years over uni) and have loved riding it. The geometry was ahead of its time and so the reach (480mm) and head angle (66°) are still spot on. Everything works great and as it should, I serviced the bike back in April, including the suspension, fitted a new BB and changed any frame bearings that felt rough..

The bike has been heavily upgraded, especially earlier this year, as I planned to ride it until next summer. Every single component has been changed from stock. The spec is as follows:

Large frame with rockshox monarch+ rc3 200x57 shock (serviced 16/04/2020), running offset bushings to slacked the head angle by 0.5°
Fox 36 Talas RC2, travel adjustable 100-130-160 (serviced 14/04/2020)
FSA Cartridge headset
Stans ZTR flow front wheel running a maxxis dhr 2.5" (setup tubeless)
Mavic EN321 rim on a Sun Ringle Disc Jockey hub running a 2 ride old maxxis ardent 2.4" (setup tubeless)
Nukeproof horizon 780mm riser bars with burgtec grips
Renthal duo 50mm stem
Shimano xt m785 brakes
Sram 1x9 setup, recently fitted 32t narrow wide chain ring
Shimano saint cranks
Blackspire stinger chain guide
Superstar nano-x pedals
Charge spoon saddle

The bike has the obvious scratches, paint chips and cable rub from normal use, being locked up and from falling off a couple times.

The chainstay is a different colour from the rest of the bike, this was due to it being replaced. I wrapped it in black electrical tape and never noticed it. The forks have some scratches on the lowers, also some shallow scratches on the drive side stanchion and slight wear around the seals. They had these when I bought them and have never caused a problem, I also fitted new seals, o-rings etc to make sure they're well lubricated.

Reason for the sale is I was offered to try out a steel hardtail by a friend and it's more suitable for the xc riding that I do. I love this bike and it really is a joy to ride, I hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I did.
