2017 Raleigh RXS singlespeed or geared

2017 Raleigh RXS in good condition. Now own a more gravel focused bike and moving up into the mountains so won't have use for this. Will miss this bike.

Incredibly fun ride for trails such as the Burk Gilman, Snoqualmie valley, and iron horse. SInglespeed requires little maintenance making this a great commuter. Power transfer of a singlespeed is something to experience if you haven't yet.

Extras: Road tires thrown in: 28c Bontrager R1s. Original tires have plenty of life left as well. Bike will come with the chester flats shown not the eggbeaters. If you want the eggbeaters we could work something out. Small frame bag also included if you want it. Bike is singlespeed as stock, using an accentric BB. I have a derailleur hanger to replace the blank one that comes stock. This would allow you to convert the bike to geared. The freehub is a standard shimano freehub so a cassette can be fitted. If you want to go geared, microshift advent or adventx with a bar end shifter would be an inexpensive, easy, and effective option.

I have a number of different singlespeed cogs and a couple stems so you can take your pick.
