CALGARY CYCLE – BOW TRAIL
SALES TEAM OPPORTUNITY
Start date – ASAP
FULL TIME & PART TIME
Schedule: Negotiable Tuesday – Sunday, 40 hours/week
Compensation – Competitive, relative to experience
Duties and Responsibilities
• Interact with customers and provide exemplary customer service;
• Provide professional advice about bicycles, bicycle accessories and clothing, and any other cycling related products in the store
• Educate customers about clothing and accessories to improve their overall riding experience
• Timely response to customer phone messages and emails
• Execute cash/credit transactions accurately
• Daily cash out procedures
• Maintain organized and clean work environment
• Maintain all supplier training certifications
• Keep up to date with knowledge on the bike industry
• Contribute to team effort in order to achieve all goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere and work environment
