2018 Commencal AM 27 - Essential - Size XL

This bike has been fantastic for me, got the green light for something new (everyone knows what I'm talking about). This bike has been mostly ridden on the north shore and squam. Handful of times on blue runs at Whistler.

The bike is completely stock and here's the Necessary Specs:

Frame: 6066 triple-butted aluminum, 160mm
Fork: Fox 36 Float Performance, 170mm
Shock: Fox DPX2 Performance
Drivetrain: SRAM GX Eagle, 1×12-speed
Brakes: Shimano SLX discs, 200/180mm rotors
Tubeless Front and Rear Set Up

The bike was last fully serviced in September and always done at Obsession Bikes in North Van since purchase from Commencal. Rear wheel was replaced with a Stans Flow rear (so I could continue to run tubeless as previous rear could not be trued back) in Spring 2020. The bike is RideWrapped and got done shortly after I put a few minor scratches on frame (chain stay and top tube from a bike rack). The brakes could use a Spring Service and the rear tire will need to be replaced (only 30-40% tread left).
