I bought this helmet in December and wore it on one ride and figured out it didn't fit my head :-(
It is basically brand new. I sanitized it after that ride and it was a short, cold winter ride so there really wasn't any sweat.
I wish it fit me because it is an amazingly light full face that converts into a nice look half shell and it weighs almost nothing.
This is a size medium and this will save you over $100 off a new one.
