Full Description:

I know I'll regret selling this, but I don't ride it much so it might be time. I picked it up in 2015 and rode it for a season or two in stock form but found the rigid fork to be brutal on my (broken) wrists, so I stopped riding.

Last year I pulled it down and swapped out the rigid fork to a 100mm Lefty Ocho that was a take-off from another bike along with a Cane Creek upper headset to accommodate the tapered headtube of the new fork.

The Lefty fork obviously required a different front hub, so I traded out the stock wheels for a Stans Crest MK3 wheelset with Project 321 hubs. The front hub is a Lefty SL hub, so to work with the Ocho I sourced a Stage 21 Lefty SL Hub to 2.0 Fork Adapter, which is a CNC machined shim that goes between the brake disc and hub to adapt it to the proper spacing.

The "double-double" or “dingle speed” conversion: While I love the simplicity of a single-speed to open up more riding possibility I set this bike is set up with two Raceface narrow-wide chainrings (32T & 34T) and two Wolf Tooth aluminum rear cogs (17T & 19T). This allows you to switch between either 32x19 to 34x17 without adjusting chain tension since both ranges are the same number of teeth. Switching requires quickly removing the rear wheel and takes maybe 30 seconds. The basic idea is you can use the 32x19 on most trails and the 34x17 on some of the flatter trails or on the roads to/from the trail.

Everything else about the bike is stock. It's in excellent condition with only a few minor marks on it. Check out the photos and let me know if you have any questions!
