Restored this vintage mountain bike for myself but its a little too big (I'm 5'8"). Recently downgraded some of the nicer components to be able to sell at a reasonable cost. Details;
Steel frame, 21 speed Shimano LX drivetrain with XT thumbshifters, Orange Velo stem, Salsa Bend Deluxe handlebars, Planet Bike Fenders, Continental Top Touring tires, Koski V-brakes with brand new pads, Thomson seatpost, Marin saddle, new cables and housing and Deity resin pedals.
Bike is perfectly tuned and ready to ride. Get a very practical bike for pedaling around town (IT'S FAST!) or get out for some long island ice tea tours. Would make for a a great "gravel" bike as is - or put on some drop bars and get in with the hipsters. One of a kind build with a ton of personality.
