Frog 48 Kids bike. Purchased from Brillant bikes in Cobham in June 2020, I believe this is a 2021 model in Electric Blue.

Used and loved by my daughter but she has since sized up.
Fantastic light kids bike in excellent mechanical order, lots of wear left on tyres, brake pads etc. Some light scratches as pictured and scuffs to brake leavers which are pretty much standard on any kids bike.
