2013 Fox 40 factory 26 inch

Fox 40 Suspension Forks (26 Inch).

These originally started out as a pair of 2013 factory forks, but I've rebuilt them with 2014 lowers and csu. They are coil forks with all the looks of the more up to date air version. These are for 26inch wheels, but as with most Fox stuff you can up size - I have for a fact run a 27.5 wheel on them - it’s tight, but it’s doable!

Good overall condition with a few marks - please see pictures. Most of these are purely cosmetic with only a couple of small marks to the kashima coating - but none to be concerned about.

Not sure of the last service to be honest, but they haven’t been used much as they have been on a spare bike which has now been dismantled. The axle is in good condition as are the dropouts - there was a common problem with the original lowers of cracking due to over tightening. The RC2 damper and rebound circuit are working fine. Fork works as intended with good operation.

Steerer tube has been cut to 160mm.

I can’t remember what the spring weight is that’s currently installed, but I’m around 12.5 stone and was fine for me and my riding style.
