This bike is the very definition of "down country", it is super light but super robust thanks to smart design choices such as the fuse independent suspension which greatly improves the lateral stiffness of the rear of the bike. See the following video: https://vimeo.com/275135307
The front suspension is a fox 34 step cast performance is light but really stiff. When I got on this bike for the first time compared to 2016, I felt like I was on a truck, it goes over everything!
This bike is your best friend for trail riding, having fun on techy trails by choosing your lines and then going back up easily. If you want to do cross country races or long distance marathons, you should know that Cory Wallace has won the 24h solo mtb world championship 3 times on this same bike. It really is a go-anywhere. I'm writing this and I'm wondering if I'm blundering by selling it.

Purchased in August 2019 this bike has around 700 km to its credit
Always professionally maintained, chain changed 50 km ago, full tune up of both suspensions done at the start of the season.
Installation of a Vorsprung luftkappe in 2021 to improve the mid-stroke support of the fork while keeping as much “small bump sensitivity” as possible!
Front tire: Maxxis ardent 29 x 2.25 tubeless
Rear tire: Maxxis High Roller II 29 x 2.30 tubeless (But I can give you the original Maxxis Ikon if you want something more rolling or a Schwalbe Nobby Nic which is kind of in between)
Front suspension: Fox 34 step cast 29 performance 120 mm Boost
Fox float dps 100mm travel rear suspension
GX Eagle Drivetrain
Replaced the front chainring with a 32 tooth but I still have the 34 if you have more torque than me.
WTB KOM light i29 wheels
Replaced the brakes in 2020 with Shimano SLX m7100 with cooling fin pads.
Rear wheel bearings changed at the start of 2021
120mm reverb dropper with 1x wolftooth cable controller
Frame in full wrapped in 3M film so like new!
Comes with new grips, without the pedals
Located near the frontenac station in Montreal
