Feel free to adjust the recipe and experiment with different ingredients
What you need, this is for a pan 16 x 11 inches
4 x Bananas
large oats
any "healthy"cereal mixes
chopped dates (any dried fruit really)
milled seeds, flax,chia,seaseme
sunflower seed
peanuts
peanut butter
pumpkin seeds
mixed nuts
protien powder,such as , pea, hemp, etc...

Thats it!
Preheat oven to 340 F
Mush up bananas and peanut butter till all lumps are gone
Add all ingredients and mix
Place in lined pan and pat down firmly
Cook for 20 - 25 mins till edges start to turn brown
Cool for ten mins,remove and cut into bars,
Place in airtight container or individually wrap and put in freezer and take out as needed.
On long rides I'll pull out a few frozen bars as I leave and but the time I start needing them they're defrosted
Viola there you go,Fast and easy and tasty bars.
