2014 Cannondale Trail SL 29 single speed

I'm the original owner of this bike, and it has served as my neighborhood bike path ride with my little kids. Has seen very little actual dirt or mtb trails in its life, because I'm not hard enough to ride this thing off-road (I like full squish+gears). As you can see from the pictures, its pretty much spotless and has been well maintained and taken care of. You can check my profile for others bikes I've sold on PB, and see the level of detail and OCD I keep my bikes. Overall its pretty much stock, but I've made a few upgrades such as:
Lizardskin North Shore lock-on grips (original Cannondale grips also included)
DMR Vault flat pedals (original Cannondale flat pedals included)
Truvativ AKA 60mm stem, 1.5" steerer tube (original Cannondale 90mm stem included)
SRAM Level TL disc brakes
Fizik Antares saddle
17 tooth rear cog (original 20 tooth included)

Wheels are Stan's ZTR rims with Formula hubs, and they are tubeless ready.
Tires are Schwalbe Racing Ralph 29"x2.1", but it has clearance for much bigger tires.
Crankset is a Truvativ E-400, 33 tooth, 175mm.
Front rotor is 180mm, rear rotor is 160mm.
Bars are Cannondale aluminum 700mm.
Matching Elite bottle cage included.
I've just had a new Shimano bottom bracket installed as well.

Size is an XL on this full aluminum single speed.

Weight as shown in the pictures is 23.5 lbs (see picture). If you put a carbon bar, seatpost, lighter stem, set it up tubeless, you could easily get it to 21 lbs or better.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping, BikeFlights is typically best and cheapest, and I will have it professionally packed and boxed.
