2021 Kona Process 153 custom build.

I purchased this bike in winter 2020 with the intention of having it as my enduro race bike for the 2021 season. The bike was bought new from Hart's Cyclery in Edinburgh and I immediately got rid of everything stock which wouldn't be up to a season racing. The build is a collective of parts I know and trust. Every component has been chosen for a reason and no detail has been overlooked. Spec is as follows

- XL 153 frame, aluminium
- Rockshox super deluxe shock with Meg Neg air chamber. Recently serviced by me. I've had the shock apart a lot, trying out all of the various adjustments with volume spacers, etc. Everytime the shock is apart, it gets serviced so its in great condition.
- Rockshox Zeb 160mm, purchased new from TF tuned who pull them apart and grease them properly before sending them out the door
- DT Swiss ex511 rims on Hope Pro 4 hubs. These were built by Hart's Cyclery and are hands down the best Alu rim out there. Pro 4 hubs used for serviceability and because they are reliable
- SRAM XO1 11 speed group set. Yes, 11 speed. I have used 12 speed systems in the past and 11 is more reliable. Mechs are shorter, chains are thicker and generally, parts are easier to find and are cheaper. The bike has top of the line XO1 mech and shifter. It does have however have SRAM NX Eagle cranks (175mm) and a 32t X-Sync Eagle chainring
- SRAM Guide RE brakes with massive 220mm rotors. New SRAM pads.
- OneUp seatpost in 210mm size. Recently serviced
- OneUp chainguide
- OneUp EDC lite tool
- Chrisking headset
- Renthal Fatbar and Renthal stem
- Schwalbe Magic Mary tyres with Cushcore in the rear

Any questions please ask. This bike was built for racing but to date, has only been raced once. It rides really well and stands out in the sea of SantaCruz and Specialized cookie cutter bikes which all look the same. If you haven't ridden a Kona, it'll really change your perspective. These bikes are fun, fast and very easy to maintain.

Any inspection welcome.
