This is a sweet bike that has served me well on everything from 30+ mile alpine days to gnarly double black descents. Don’t let the short travel fool you: this bike is ready to get rowdy and is an absolute blast to ride. Pinkbike review is linked here for more info. I’ve made a couple of upgrades to the components as detailed below; everything else is original parts.

https://www.pinkbike.com/news/kona-process-111-dl-review-2013.html

Frame: Kona Process 111 - 2015, Size Large
Fork: RockShox Pike 130mm RC Travel (upgraded)
Shock: RockShox Monarch RT 111 Travel
Drivetrain: SRAM GX Eagle 1x12 (upgraded)
Shifter & Derailleur: SRAM GX Eagle (upgraded)
Front brake: Shimano SLX lever and Deore XT calipers (upgraded)
Rear brake: Shimano Deore XT throughout (upgraded)
Seatpost: LEV Integra dropper 150mm Travel
Wheels: WTB ST i23 alloy wheels, tubeless (pretty hacked, see below)
Tires: Maxxis Minion DHF front & Maxxis Minion DHR II rear
Pedals: Crank Brothers Mallet LS (not included but will throw in for an extra $50)

Most of the bike is in good condition: several cosmetic scratches but nothing affecting performance or lifespan. However, I’ll be honest that the wheels should probably be replaced. Front wheel has a significant wobble and might fail completely with the wrong rock hit. Rear wheel is running fine but has a number of dings in the rim and might start leaking soon. I’ve priced the bike accordingly--I think with newer wheels this bike would be worth $1900 and a lightly used wheelset costs about $200-300, so I’ve subtracted $300 from my original price to allow the buyer to decide what type of wheels they would like to match to the bike.

If you’re interested in the bike but aren’t sure how to go about getting wheels, I’m happy to buy them for you and sell you the bike with a fresh set of wheels for $1900.

Buyer pays packaging and shipping. Additional photos available on request.
