Took these forks to the local bike shop and they said the lowers need to be replaced. Forks still functioned but not to optimal performance. I could hear a rattle inside fork when riding rough terrain. Also could feel some free play. Still in good cosmetic condition. Steer tube is 8”. Star nut installed. Selling for parts or repair. Buyer pays for shipping.
