Honestly, they're 2010-ish model year (give or take a year). And I couldn't swear they're FCCs, but that was the best match I could find with google. I bought these from a friend around 2012 and they were a few years old at the time. The rims are 47mm deep, and inner width is 18mm.
Anyway, there's nothing wrong with them at all. The brake track has cosmetic wear, but it isn't grooved or anything. They're straight & true, bearings spin smooth, and the freehub (Shimano 10 speed) is good.
