2020 Trek Slash 9.8 XT Size L - Upgrades

For sale is my 2020 Slash 9.8 XT in Large with upgraded Fox Factory suspension. It’s been a great bike, that has handled everything from alpine epics to bike park to after work laps. The frame, wheels and bars are carbon. The drivetrain, as you might guess from the name, is 12 spd Shimano XT. The photos of the bike really don’t do justice to this paint, the colour is called Purple Phaze, and it transitions between shades of purple/brown/blue depending on the light. The bike was Ride Wrapped before seeing any dirt. First ride was June 2020, and I have ridden the bike about 800km according to Strava. Original spec lists can be found here:

The bike has the following upgrades over stock:
- Fox Factory 36 w/ Grip 2
- Fox Float X2 with all the dials
- XT 4-piston brakes
- Ergon GE1 grips

The bike has the following brand new parts installed:
- SE5 front tire 29 x 2.6
- SE4 rear tire 29 x 2.4
- Shimano CN-M9100 XTR Chain
- Shimano SM-CRM85 XT 32T Chainring
- Loam Goat Brake pads front & rear

The fork has just had a lowers service, the brakes have been bled, and the new parts listed above are installed. Included with sale is the original RockShox Deluxe RT3, it was never used. I also have the original grips (the Ergons are on their last legs, but I think they look and feel way better).

There are some dings on the bike, as one might expect with a used mountain bike, and I’ve tried to highlight them in the later photos. There are a few scrapes on the side of the fork lowers (stanchions are 100% clean), there are a couple scratches on the handlebar and one brake lever, and there was once a rock stuck in between the chainstay/swingarm and the seattube that left a mark. None of these scrapes affect the integrity of the bike in any way.
