Trek Stache 9 29+

Here is my little brothers trek Stache 9 29+ bought it as a unfinished custom build. Bike was used as a wheelie bike and some light trail riding. Am selling because he has grown out of the bike has been maintained extremely well.
I will update the pictures as soon as the weather is warm enough for me to clean the bike and make it look beautiful.
Bike has had suspension serviced with new wiper seals and oil in fall of 2021 and has been ridden on the street twice since then. Brakes have also been bled.

Frame: trek Stache 9 29+
Fork: Manitou magnum with high and low speed compression
Bars: carbon bontrager bars unsure about with about 760mm if I had to guess
Brakes: Shimano slx 2 pistons
Stem: race face atlas 50mm reach
Seat: Cush plus jell seat very comfy
Dropper post: ks Lev integra
Drivetrain: all Shimano XT with 48 tooth cassette and 30 tooth chainring
Wheels: bontrager line plus tlr with high engagement bontrager hub mad by dt swiss
Tires: bontrager chupacabra 29"X3" tires with 60% tread left I am surprised at how grippy these tires are for their low profile design
