We ship to all Canadian and USA addresses, excluding PO Boxes. Additional shipping fee will be applied to oversized bikes, ebikes and fat bikes. An upcharge might be added to your order if your order is shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.
- Standard shipping is $29.99 for complete bikes.
- Standard shipping is $9.99 for frames and wheels.
- Standard shipping is $9.99 for orders of accessories of less than $25.
- Standard shipping is $79.99 for oversized bikes.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday and usually ship within 48 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information by email. You can either track your package directly on your Cycling Avenue account or on the shipping carrier's website.

Packaging and assembly:
You will receive your bike safely wrapped up in a box. Most bicycles will be shipped with the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost removed. An assembly guide, as well as a multi-purpose tool, will be included in the box to make sure you can get your new bike up and running as easily and as fast as possible. We want to assure your utmost safety so don't hesitate to contact our specialists if you have any questions.

Returns:
Not 100% satisfied? Contact one of our customer service representatives, we will be happy to assist you throughout the return process. Returns must be shipped to our warehouse address: 9500 Meilleur, Suite 402 Saint-Laurent, QC H2N 2B7. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. The bicycle must be returned in original packaging. Condition of return will be assessed by our team upon receipt.
